Mini Forex Trading

Mini Forex Trading is a popular method of Trading Forex. The Forex, or Foreign Exchange Market is the largest global market with an excess of 2 trillion moving through daily. One must first have an understanding of the market before becoming involved in Mini Forex Trading.

Mini Forex Trading market

Before Mini Forex Trading one must first learn about the Forex Market. Forex involves the exchange of set currency pairs. For example, the EUR/USD (Euro/Us Dollar) pair is a highly traded pair. If the current exchange rate is EUR/USD 1.4339, this indicates that 1 Euro is can be exchanged for 1.4339 U.S. Dollars. A trader purchases an amount of Euros at the current exchange rate then waits for a time ranging from minutes to days. They wait and hope the Euro increases in value and then exchange the Euros back to U.S. Dollars to make their profit. Mini Forex Trading involves this same process.

Mini Forex Trading- Leverage

In Mini Forex Trading one is looking to minimize risk. Forex can be risky due to the high leverage one can secure. Leverage means that an individual in essence borrows money for the trade via his broker. The leverage amount varies from broker, but the trading Forex requires high capital trades because the market moves in very small increments. Although Leverage allows one to make a greater profit than what they would have made with the actual “up-front” cash they invested; it can also mean larger losses .Although Mini Forex Trading minimizes the risk, one is beginning with a smaller account and less to lose.

Mini Forex Trading- Accounts

Typically a Mini Forex Trading account is for those with $10,000.00 or less to invest in the market. Minimum account balances can be as low as $200.00, however and is up to the broker. The broker then makes the trades , as long as the minimum balance at least remains in the Mini Forex Trading Account.

Mini Forex Trading- Margin calls
If one's Mini Forex Trading balance dips below what the broker's required minimum is, the broker will no longer trade on this account. This is called a Margin Call and all open trades will be closed until adequate funds are in the Mini Fore Trading account, which can mean closing trades that would have generated profit as well.
Mini Forex Trading- Accessibility

Mini Forex Trading has made the Forex even more accessible to the general public; most of whom have little money to burn. Contact a broker to see if Mini Forex Trading is for you!
